Therefore, we should all trust our naturally well-designed immune system! In many cases, it manages illnesses quite well on its own if given enough time to quietly and diligently do its work! There’s no need to immediately resort to harsh measures like often side-effect-heavy medications or consider traumatic interventions like surgery! Often, it’s enough to grant our entrusted body a proper break from the hectic everyday life! Let’s simply give it this little luxury in our busy times! In my little comforting story, which I will now share with you, it’s about very intelligent and lovable fellows that each of you carries as fellow inhabitants within your body! With the comforting certainty that you are never alone in illness, no matter how bad your health may feel in life...

Once upon a time, there was a small cell inside us that had hopelessly lost its way on its long journey through our body and sadly no longer knew where it belonged! It broke into tears in fear and cried out desperately: "I have lost my way and am hopelessly lost in this darkness! Moreover, I have lost my natural glow. What can I do in this hopeless situation?"

Then, as if by magic, another cell approached, bursting with vitality and self-confidence, shining in the most beautiful rainbow colors! It spoke encouragingly to the small cell: "Don’t cry, my dear cell kin, you actually belong on my side because you were wisely created to protect the body of the person entrusted to us! You’ve just lost your way, that happens sometimes, but together we will fix this! I will gladly help you find your inner glow again! Come, take my hand, and I will lead you back on the right path!"

The little cell felt a warm glow in its heart. It had not expected such kind words! Courageously, it trusted its helpful companion, took the offered hand firmly, and set off on the adventurous journey through the miracle of the body! With every step they took, the inner light of our little lost friend grew stronger until, after some time, they arrived back at their original place together! The place where it had always belonged, feeling at home and connected, an important part of the greater whole! By now, our little cell was shining with joy and happiness as brightly as the sun! At the same time, its human owner felt better with every breath of life! His strength began to return slowly but surely! Did he know what great miracle had been unfolding inside his body in recent days...

At this point, a heartfelt thank you to all our dear and diligent workers of our fantastic immune system, who are there for us every second of every day, faithfully and reliably by our side!
